Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy



How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify Nerdgasm within 5 business days of receiving the item that you would like a refund. You must return the item
within 20 days of your purchase, and the buyer agrees to pay for the return shipping. Nerdgasm reserves the right to deny refund requests. 

1. Please email admin@nerdgasm.us to request a refund and we will assign you a RA#, and advise you of where to send the return item.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original packing slip if one was shipped with your item.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.



Clothing, cell phone/tablet cases, towels, woven throws, blankets, bean bag chairs, framed/unframed posters, art canvas, wall tapestry, tote bags, shower curtains, body pillows, pillow shams, throw pillows, accessory pouches, duvet covers, ottoman cubes, and pillow cases are subject to the following return policy:

    Returns will only be accepted if the customer receives a different item than specified on the order, or the item has a printed or material flaw.  Standard sublimation imperfections are exempt (EX: folds, white seams, etc).

    Returns will not be accepted if the customer does not like the print, base item color, or wants a different size.  Returns will also not be accepted if the customer notices a vinegar smell.  It is part of the printing process and will disappear after the first wash.

    All claims for shortage, damage, etc. for these item types MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise.  Photos of the item(s) in question must be mailed to admin@nerdgasm.us.  If the return is approved, an RA number will be provided that must be written legibly on the outside of the package being returned.

    No cash refunds on theses items.  Defective merchandise will be exchanged for merchandise of like and/or equal value only.



Air soft and tactical gear is subject to the following return/exchange info:

Tactical Gear and Clothing can be returned for a refund or store credit as long as the items are returned in brand new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Soiled garments will not be accepted under any circumstance and can be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.



Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item.  Customer is responsible for return shipping of the item.  Please contact admin@nerdgasm.us to start the exchange process and we will issue a RA# and issue store credit.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  We will notify the customer if there is a delay in shipping.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.



Carrier Responsibility

Nerdgasm is not responsible for the amount of time it takes to deliver your orders, or the ultimate condition in which they are received, once the orders are picked up by the shipping carrier and leave our facilities. All claims for late shipments, lost shipments, damages, etc. must be handled by you with the respective shipping carrier.



Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on every item, all the time, no matter what. Due to our license agreements, all items can only be shipped to US addresses.  Nerdgasm will not ship to a freight forwarding company under any circumstances.  Nerdgasm will cancel any order that tries to ship to a forwarding company.


Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.



Nerdgasm reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. We will normally notify you if there is an issue with your order and we had to cancel it. But if it looks like a scam purchase we will sign your address up for every annoying email list we can find, and then IP block you. NO SCAMMERS!!1! ;)
